Basic or Purple Plus — what's the difference
Purple has no complicated roles. The difference is simple: Basic is the default state for everyone, and Purple Plus is a free status for women that is granted on request. Here's what each one gives and how Purple Plus is obtained.
First things first: Purple is cashback
Purple isn't a chat platform and it isn't an employer. The activity itself — conversations, calls, time online — happens on a partner dating platform. Purple returns a share of what you spend and earn there as cashback. So when we say "Basic" or "Purple Plus," we're not talking about a job title or a salary — we mean how much you get back for your activity.
There are no earnings guarantees here, and there can't be: the more activity, the more cashback. The service simply calculates the percentage and moves the money toward payout. You must be 18 or older to take part.
Two axes instead of roles
To keep it simple, hold just two things in mind:
- Gender — woman or man. This shapes the scenario: women mostly earn from chatting, while men top up minutes and packages and get cashback on those purchases.
- Status — Basic or Purple Plus. Purple Plus is a women's status: it is free, but it is granted on request rather than switched on by the user.
So "Basic or Purple Plus" isn't two separate accounts — it's two ways cashback is credited. Basic works for everyone from the start; Purple Plus is added for women after their request has been reviewed.
Basic: what works by default
Basic is the state without Purple Plus. It works right away, with no conditions: a referral 5% in coins from the cashback of everyone you invite, coins for watching ads in the app, and for men up to 40% cashback on their own purchases on the partner platform. All of it lands as Purple Coins — Purple's internal currency at a fixed rate of 1000 coins = $1, which you can exchange for dollars right inside the app.
Basic fits everyone from day one, and for men it is the only format. Cashback adds up on its own, with no status and no subscription.
Purple Plus: a women's status, granted on request
Purple Plus is a free status for women. There is no subscription and no activation fee, but it is not switched on by the user: it is granted on request. We review the profile and assign a personal payout account; the user sets it as her payout method on the partner platform and confirms this in the app — only then is the status active. Here's what it adds:
- 100% cashback in coins. Purple returns in coins everything it earns from her dating profile.
- Income payouts through Purple — to the personal payout account assigned to her.
- Priority payout — your withdrawal requests are processed first.
- Personal support — someone you can reach with questions about payouts and the app.
It's worth being clear about what Purple Plus is not. It's not insurance and not a guaranteed amount. Purple Plus raises what comes back to you, but it doesn't promise you'll earn a set sum — the outcome always depends on your activity.
Purple Plus is not available to men. There is nothing for them to switch on: up to 40% cashback on their own purchases on the partner platform and 5% in coins from the income of every invited friend work from the very first day.

How cashback becomes money
Whichever status you're in, the path is the same. First you're credited Purple Coins. Then you exchange coins for dollars right inside the app — the round ⇅ button next to "Withdraw": a 20% exchange fee, minimum 1 coin. Dollars are withdrawn via Telegram Wallet from $1, within 48 hours and with no fee from Purple.
Coins can also be spent on bonus boxes (500, 1,000 or 5,000 coins) — entertainment inside the app with an element of luck, not a lottery or gambling: the win is in coins too, and it's random.
Referrals work separately: from the cashback of everyone you invite — woman or man — you automatically get 5% in coins. It's a separate bonus that doesn't reduce what the invited person earns, and the invitee gets a 100-coin welcome bonus.
Which one to pick
For women Purple Plus is worth having: it is free, gives 100% cashback in coins, income payouts through Purple, priority withdrawal and personal support — you only need to submit a request and confirm the payout account. For men there is nothing to choose: Basic already gives up to 40% cashback on their own purchases and 5% from every invited friend, with no status at all.
