How Cashback Works in Purple
Purple is a cashback service. You use a partner dating platform, and Purple returns part of your activity back to you. Here is how much, when, and in what form.
What cashback in Purple means
Purple is a cashback service, not a place where you actually chat. The conversations and activity happen on a partner dating platform. Purple sits alongside it and returns a share of what you earn or spend there as a bonus.
There are no roles or levels to unlock. Just two simple axes: your gender (woman or man) and Purple Plus status. Purple Plus is a free status for women, granted on request: we review the profile and assign a personal payout account. For a woman it means 100% cashback in coins — Purple returns everything it earns from her dating profile.
Two currencies: coins and dollars
Keep two things in mind to avoid confusion.
- Purple Coins — the internal currency at a fixed rate: 1,000 coins = $1. Coins are exchanged for dollars right inside the app: the round ⇅ button next to "Withdraw", a 20% fee, a 100-coin minimum.
- Dollars — what actually gets withdrawn. Payouts go through Telegram Wallet, from $1, with no fee charged by Purple, and arrive within 48 hours.
The money path is straightforward: cashback arrives as coins → you exchange coins for dollars → you withdraw dollars to Telegram Wallet. Bonus boxes are a separate option bought with coins (Amethyst 500, Gold 1,000, Diamond 5,000): inside is a random win in coins that may be smaller than the price of the box, or may reach 75,000. They are entertainment with an element of luck, not guaranteed income. Everything is for ages 18+ only.
How much and when it is credited
The cashback rate depends on the scenario:

Cashback is not instant — it usually lands 1–3 days after the reconciliation with the partner platform, and sometimes in parts over the following week. That window is normal: the system needs time to confirm the activity, and nothing gets lost. Once the coins are there, they are yours.
Cashback on purchases — up to 40%
This is a separate case, more common for men. If you buy chat minutes or a Premium package on the partner dating platform (CooMeet, for example), Purple returns up to 40% of that purchase as coins.
So part of the money you would spend on the platform anyway comes back to you as cashback. Those coins behave like any others: you can exchange them for dollars right in the app and withdraw.
Referrals: another 5% on top
A separate bonus that does not mix with cashback. When you invite someone to Purple, you earn 5% in coins from the cashback credited to each invited person — woman or man alike.

What Purple Plus adds
Purple Plus is a free status for women, granted on request: we review the profile and assign a personal payout account. For a woman it means 100% cashback in coins, payouts through Purple, priority withdrawal, and personal support. Men do not have Purple Plus — their cashback of up to 40% on their own purchases and 5% from every invited friend work with no status at all. One boundary worth noting: Purple Plus is not insurance and not a guarantee of any income percentage. Cashback is always tied to real activity.
Income in Purple is a return on activity, not a salary. The service is 18+ only. No promises of easy money.
