What Are Purple Coins

Purple Coins is the service's in-app currency. Let's break down what it is, what coins are worth, and how to exchange them for real dollars in your wallet.

In short: Purple's two currencies

Purple is a cashback service. You chat on a partner dating platform, and Purple returns part of your activity to you. Inside, two separate currencies are at work, and it's important not to mix them up.

  • Purple Coins — internal cashback points. The rate is fixed: 1000 coins = $1. Coins are exchanged for dollars right inside the app.
  • Dollars — real money. You withdraw them through Telegram Wallet, from $1, within 48 hours, with no fee from Purple.

Coins are the "incoming" currency: you build them up from activity, referrals, and watching ads. Dollars are the "outgoing" currency you can actually cash out. There's one simple exchange between them, covered below.

What coins are worth

The rate is fixed and transparent: 1000 coins = $1. So 5,000 coins is $5, and 10,000 coins is $10. You don't have to do any mental math — the Mini App always shows both your coins and their dollar value.

CoinsValue
1,000$1
5,000$5
10,000$10

Where coins come from

Coins are credited for your activity, not as a salary. The main sources:

  • Chat cashback. With Purple Plus, a woman gets 100% cashback in coins — Purple returns in coins everything it earns from her dating profile. The status is free and is granted on request.
  • Purchase cashback. If a man buys minutes or a Premium package on the partner platform, up to 40% comes back as coins (once his ID is linked).
  • Referrals. A flat 5% in coins from the cashback of everyone you invite — woman or man. It's a separate bonus, it doesn't reduce your invitee's earnings, and it's credited automatically. The invitee gets a 100-coin welcome bonus.
  • Ads. Every ad watched in full in the app pays coins — up to 10 views a day.
  • Bonus box wins. More on those below.

What else coins are spent on: bonus boxes

Coins are also the currency for bonus boxes. A box is bought with coins and pays out a random win, also in coins. There are three tiers: Amethyst — 500, Gold — 1,000, Diamond — 5,000 coins.

One key detail: the win is random. It can come out below the box price, and it can reach 75,000 coins. This isn't a lottery or gambling — it's entertainment with an element of luck, and certainly not a way to earn. Boxes are available to 18+ users only.

A box is entertainment inside the service, not a way to "hit the jackpot." Only coins are spent, and only coins are won.

How to exchange coins for dollars

The exchange lives inside the app: the round button next to the "Withdraw" pill. Coins → dollars: a 20% exchange fee, minimum 1 coin. The reverse, dollars → coins, has no fee and starts at $1.

This split keeps things transparent: you see coins instantly for every action, while dollars show up as the final, ready-to-withdraw result.

The path to dollars

The money route is simple and always the same:

  • 1. You build up coins from cashback, referrals, and watching ads.
  • 2. You exchange coins for dollars with the ⇅ button: a 20% fee, minimum 1 coin.
  • 3. You withdraw dollars through Telegram Wallet: from $1, within 48 hours, no Purple fee.

All of this lives inside Telegram. Open the Mini App to see your coin and dollar balance. If anything is unclear, message support or check the help section.
