How to exchange coins for dollars?
Coins are exchanged for dollars right in the app: the round ⇅ button next to “Withdraw”. The rate is 1,000 coins = $1, with a 20% fee and a 100-coin minimum.
Purple has two currencies. Coins are the internal cashback currency: cashback for chatting, purchases, referrals and watching ads arrives in coins. Dollars are the money that gets withdrawn to Telegram Wallet. To turn cashback into money, coins are exchanged for dollars right in the app.
Where the exchange button is
- Open the app's home screen.
- Next to the “Withdraw” pill, tap the round ⇅ button.
- Choose the exchange direction and enter the amount — before confirming, the app shows a “You'll get ≈ …” preview, so the result is visible in advance.

- Rate. Fixed: 1,000 coins = $1.
- Coins → dollars. Exchange fee — 20%, minimum — 100 coins.
- Dollars → coins. No fee, from $1.
- Speed. The exchange happens instantly — the balance updates right away.

FAQ
How long does the exchange take? It completes immediately after confirmation — the dollars appear on the balance right away.
What if there are fewer than 100 coins? Amounts below 100 coins cannot be exchanged. The coins do not go anywhere — as soon as the balance reaches 100 or more, the exchange becomes available.
Can coins be withdrawn without exchanging? No. Only dollars are withdrawn, so coins are exchanged first, and then a withdrawal request is submitted.
