Tasks and ads in Purple: how rewards are credited

What kinds of tasks are there in the app

Three kinds, and each one pays for a different action. The card shows the reward before you take the task.

Watching an ad video is the shortest of them. The video plays full screen, and the reward opens after the view ends.

An ad click-through is an action on the advertiser's side: a channel subscription, an app launch, a registration. Connecting a profile on the partner platform CooMeet stands apart: it happens once and pays once.

The referral share is not a task. It arrives in coins from what the people you invited earn, with no action from you.

Does Purple credit a reward automatically

No. Every reward waits for your tap on «Забрати» (Claim), and this holds for all three kinds of tasks.

An uncollected reward is not part of your balance and takes no part in an exchange.

The bot @purpleapp_bot reminds you about an open video reward when you leave the app without collecting it.

Where do I find the tasks page

One path leads there: home screen → the vertical handle near the left edge → the «Завдання» (Tasks) page. A swipe from the left edge of the screen opens the same page.

Inside are three tabs: «Доступно» (Available), «В роботі» (In progress), «Готово» (Done). The first holds what you can take now, the second what you started, the third the history of credited rewards.

Videos live elsewhere. They sit on the home screen, inside the «Експрес-кешбек» (Express cashback) card, and that block keeps its own counter.

How do I complete an ad task step by step

The screen walks you through three steps. Three taps come from you, plus the action on the advertiser's side between them.

The chain runs like this: «Завдання» (Tasks) → «Перейти до завдання» (Go to task) → «Почати завдання» (Start task) → «Перейди за рекламою» (Follow the ad) → «Перевірка виконання» (Completion check) → «Забери нагороду» (Collect your reward) → «Забрати» (Claim).

After «Почати завдання» the card moves from «Доступно» to «В роботі». The steps stay open, and you can come back to them later.

What does «Перевіряємо виконання» mean

It is a waiting state, not a refusal. The provider is confirming the action on their side: whether the video was watched to the end, whether the advertiser's condition was met.

The step reads «Партнер підтверджує дію — зазвичай до хвилини. Екран оновиться сам» (the partner is confirming the action, usually under a minute, and the screen refreshes itself). Coins are not on the balance yet.

When no confirmation arrives, the step turns into «Партнер ще не підтвердив дію» (the partner has not confirmed the action yet).

Two buttons appear under it: «Перевірити ще раз» (Check again) and «Перейти за рекламою знову» (Follow the ad again). The provider does not count every click-through, and a second attempt is sometimes needed.

Do I need to keep the app open while a task is checked

No. The check runs on the provider's side and does not depend on the app staying in the foreground.

One case brings you back to the app. Telegram closes the Mini App when it opens a channel, and the check continues once you open Purple again.

Closing the app cancels nothing. A started task waits in «В роботі» (In progress) at the step where you stopped.

Why is the reward not on my balance right after the ad

Two events stand between your action and the balance: the provider's confirmation and your tap on «Забрати» (Claim).

The first takes seconds to minutes. The second does not happen without you, which is why the balance can look smaller than the number of tasks behind it.

Five reasons cover most support requests.

• The reward is confirmed and was never collected with «Забрати» (Claim).
• The card still shows «Перевіряємо виконання» (Checking completion), and the provider has not answered yet.
• Telegram closed the app during a click-through and it was not opened again.
• The advertiser's condition was met in part: a subscription cancelled, an app installed and never opened.
• The video was closed before the view ended, and the provider confirms a finished view only.

Does an unclaimed reward expire

No. A confirmed reward waits in the task card with no expiry date. Collecting it tomorrow or next week works the same way.

Find it in the «В роботі» (In progress) tab: the task sits there as «Крок N з 3 · Продовжити завдання» (Step N of 3 · Continue task). Open the card and press «Забрати» (Claim).

Order matters before a withdrawal. Collect open rewards first, then exchange coins for dollars, otherwise those coins stay out of the exchange.

Why did a task disappear from the list

It moved to the «В роботі» (In progress) tab. The tap on «Почати завдання» (Start task) takes the card out of «Доступно» to keep the same task from being taken twice.

Continue at any moment: the «Завдання» page → «В роботі» → «Продовжити завдання» (Continue task). The screen opens at the step where you stopped.

A finished task leaves for a different reason. One advertiser gives one task per account, and its offer for you ends once the reward is credited.

There is no timer in that state: an empty row means done rather than wait.

Where do I see the tasks I have already completed

In the «Готово» (Done) tab. Each row carries the task name, the crediting date and the amount in coins, and the header sums up the finished ones.

The card of a finished task keeps its place with a «Виконано» (Completed) stamp on it. It opens as a page with the same status and date.

An empty tab means one thing: no reward has been collected yet. A finished task with an uncollected reward does not reach this tab.

Why does the app say there are no ads right now

The provider has no offer for your account at this minute. This is neither an app error nor a block on your account.

A refresh button sits next to the line. The daily counter is not spent in this state, because an ad that was never shown does not move it.

Each source counts separately, and the counters do not add up into one. Exhausted videos leave click-throughs open, and exhausted click-throughs leave videos open.

Offers arrive unevenly through the day. Coming back later works better than refreshing over and over.

Do I have to pay anything to take a task

No. There is no paid access to tasks, no deposit, no charge for better tasks.

No such button exists inside the app. Nobody from support will ask you to send money or top up a balance to unlock a task.

The one deduction in the whole scheme happens later, at the moment coins are exchanged for dollars. Its size is named in advance on the Rates, Rewards and Limits page.

Is a collected reward the same as money I can withdraw

Not yet. A collected reward lands on the coin balance, and coins never leave the app.

Dollars are what gets withdrawn. Coins become dollars through the round ⇅ button on the home screen, and the dollar balance goes to a card or to Telegram Wallet.

The minimum request is $1. A payout goes through manual review and takes up to 48 hours, and Purple takes no fee for it.

Can a credited reward be taken back

Yes, in one case. A person opens every payout request, and a check that finds rewards obtained around the rules removes those rewards.

This concerns where the coins came from rather than the request itself. A second account does not double daily limits, and its rewards are removed during the review.

Ordinary tasks are not touched by this. A confirmed reward from a normal view or click-through stays on the balance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I do tasks from two accounts? No, one account per person. The condition comes from the terms of service and covers the whole app, not the tasks page alone.

What do I do if Telegram closed the app during a click-through? Open Purple again. The task moves into «Перевіряємо виконання» (Checking completion) on its own and finishes the check. When no confirmation comes, the step offers «Перейти за рекламою знову» (Follow the ad again).

Where does the reward for connecting a CooMeet profile go? Into the task card, under the «Забрати» (Claim) button, the same as any other reward. It is credited once and the task does not come back.

Does more time in the app bring more tasks? No. The pool is finite: providers buy a certain number of actions for the day, and screen time does not change that number.
