Partnership and Cooperation with Purple

1. About this page

This page is addressed to companies, services, advertising networks, content creators and other organisations interested in working with Purple. It is an invitation to start a conversation. It is not an offer, a contract or a commitment of any kind on either side.

Purple Ltd is incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. We are at an early stage and deliberately do not use a single partnership template: we review every proposal individually. Contacting us creates no obligation for you or for us, and nothing on this page should be read as a promise of cooperation, revenue or specific terms.

2. What Purple is for a partner

Purple is a social network in Telegram. Its users receive Purple Token for simple tasks from partner providers: subscribing to a channel, launching an app, watching an advertising video, registering or connecting a profile on a partner platform. Purple Token is the app's in-app token. Its floor is 1,000 tokens = $1. Payouts are paused until the token exchange opens on March 31, 2027.

For a provider this means a simple model: you pay only for a confirmed action. We treat an action as confirmed when your system or the advertising network has reported it to us as completed. Until confirmation, the task in the app stays in the "Checking completion" state and no reward is credited.

The user claims the reward personally with the "Claim" button after confirmation. We do not credit tokens automatically and do not pay for intentions, clicks or opening the task page.

3. Placing tasks — for providers and advertisers

Our main form of cooperation is placing your tasks in the app. The types of action we support:

  • subscribing to a Telegram channel or community;
  • launching an app or a bot;
  • registering or connecting a profile on a partner platform;
  • watching an advertising video.

Payment is per confirmed action. The price per action, the volume and the placement period are discussed individually and fixed in the agreement. We do not publish rates on this page.

Technically. To confirm completion we need a postback: a message from your system that the user has completed the action. The postback format, identifiers and reconciliation procedure are agreed before launch. If a task comes through an advertising network, we receive confirmation from the network.

Anti-fraud on our side. We want you to pay only for real actions, so:

  • one account, one action: the same task cannot be completed again from the same account, and one Telegram account equals one Purple account;
  • a quick return without a completed action does not count;
  • if the user reverses the action after it was credited — unsubscribes from the channel, deletes the app, requests a refund — the credit is cancelled and the action is no longer counted as confirmed;
  • multiple accounts, automation and bypassing provider requirements through VPN or proxy are blocked under our own rules.

Daily completion limits and audience requirements, for example gender or language, can be set at the task level.

4. Who else we are open to

  • Advertising networks — supplying tasks and advertising videos to the app.
  • Partner platforms — rewarding users for registering or connecting a profile on your service.
  • Traffic partners — affiliates, CPA networks, media buyers and bloggers who bring new users.
  • Content and media partners — creators, channels, communities and publications.
  • Investors — private investors and funds aligned with our direction.
  • Service providers — payment, verification, analytics and legal services.
  • Social initiatives — including Ukrainian charitable organisations.

This list is not exhaustive. If your area is not listed, please write to us anyway.

5. What cooperation can look like

There is no single template. The form of cooperation depends on what makes sense for both sides. Possible models include payment per confirmed action (CPA), revenue share, a fixed fee, technical integration, joint campaigns and investment.

Any arrangement takes effect only after a separate written agreement is signed by authorised representatives of both parties. This page, correspondence, meetings and verbal discussions create no rights, obligations or expectations.

6. Confidentiality and NDA

During preliminary discussions we expect both parties to treat the information they receive with reasonable care, and we hold ourselves to the same standard. If you need a formal confidentiality arrangement before a substantive conversation, we are ready to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Send NDA requests to legal@thepurple.app.

7. Our principles

  • We reply to every genuine enquiry.
  • If a partnership is not right for us, we say no honestly and do not leave you waiting.
  • You do not need a deck or a formal proposal to start a conversation. An email is enough.
  • We make no verbal promises. A term that is not in the signed agreement does not exist.

8. How to propose cooperation

Write to hello@thepurple.app. To help us assess the proposal quickly, please include:

  • who you are: a company, a service or an individual, with a link to your website or product;
  • the essence of the proposal and which of the areas above it relates to;
  • for task placement — the type of action you want to pay for and whether you can send postbacks;
  • the expected volume and timeline, if already known;
  • a contact person for further communication.

We may ask for additional details where needed.

9. Decision at the Company's discretion

We review every proposal individually. Purple Ltd reserves the right to accept, modify, decline or discontinue any request or discussion at its sole discretion and without an obligation to give reasons. Submitting a proposal grants no exclusivity and does not oblige us to continue the conversation.
