How to withdraw money from a Telegram bot to a card
You withdraw dollars, not coins. The payout does not leave the chat with the bot. It leaves the bot's app: coins are exchanged for dollars inside the app, and the dollar balance goes to a card or to Telegram Wallet. Exchange and request are two separate actions, and the reverse order does not work.
The app interface is available in Ukrainian and Russian. Button names below are given as they appear on screen, with an English gloss in brackets.

What do I tap to withdraw money to a card
The path is two actions: exchange first, request second. Coins sit on one balance, dollars on another, and only dollars go to a card.
Exchange: home screen → the round ⇅ button next to «Вивести» (Withdraw). Dollars appear on the balance at once.
Withdrawal: home screen → «Вивести» (Withdraw) → choose a direction → amount → confirm. The request then waits for review.
One limit here: while the dollar balance stays below the minimum request, confirmation does not go through.
How many coins do I need to withdraw $1
The app shows the exact amount. On the exchange screen, under the amount field, it prints the total after the fee: how many dollars your current coin balance gives.
The minimum request is $1. Exchange enough coins for the dollar balance to cover it.
The nominal rate and the size of the fee are collected on the Rates, Rewards and Limits page. Articles leave them out on purpose: a tariff changes, an article stays.
Does Purple charge a fee for withdrawals
No. There is exactly one deduction in this scheme, and it lands at the moment coins are exchanged for dollars.
The charge happens before you press «Вивести» (Withdraw). Once dollars are on the balance, nothing is taken from them: the amount you enter is the amount that goes into the request.
The second limit is not ours. A bank or a wallet can take its own fee on its side, and we cannot name that amount in advance.

Do I have to pay anything to receive a payout
No. Not before the request, not during it, not after.
There is no paid access, no "withdrawal unlock", no charge for speeding a payout up.
Nobody from support will ever ask you to send money, buy access or top up a balance to receive a payout. No such button exists inside the app.
A demand like that does not come from us. The one deduction in the whole scheme happens automatically at the exchange step, and a separate payment from your side appears nowhere.
Can I withdraw to PayPal, Payoneer or a crypto wallet
No. Two directions exist: Telegram Wallet and a bank card.
The card belongs to Visa or Mastercard. We work with payment systems rather than with a list of banks, and cards of other payment systems are not supported.
In the withdrawal form you pick the direction «Картка» (Card) and enter the card number. The name of a bank is not asked anywhere.
How long does a payout to a card take
Up to 48 hours from the moment you confirmed the request.
The countdown starts at the request, not at the coin exchange. A person opens every request, and the length of one particular review is known to nobody in advance.
A single request cannot be sped up. A second request for the same amount does not move the queue, it becomes a separate duplicate.
After the payout leaves us, the crediting time belongs to the bank. Money missing on the day of the request usually sits inside one of these two intervals.
Where do I see the status of my withdrawal request
In the app, on the withdrawal screen. A request has three states: pending, paid, cancelled.
A message about a status change arrives from the bot @purpleapp_bot. Keep notifications from it switched on.
A cancelled request returns the amount to the dollar balance. You can submit a new one after fixing the reason, a corrected card number for example.
Do I need to verify my identity to withdraw
No. For a card you enter the number and the cardholder name exactly as printed on it, then tick «Підтверджую правильність введеного номера картки» (I confirm the card number is correct).
Telegram Wallet needs a connection: «Налаштування» (Settings) → connect Telegram Wallet, about a minute. Without the connection the direction stays unavailable and cannot be picked in the withdrawal form. The connection is made once and stays on your account.
A separate case is the partner platform CooMeet. A profile connected there is checked by the platform itself, and that check does not affect our payout time.
Do I have to enter my card number for every payout
No. A card is linked once and stays on the account.
Two ways to add it: during a withdrawal, at the step where you pick the direction «Картка» (Card), or in advance in «Налаштування» (Settings).
For later requests you pick the linked card in the form and move straight to the amount.
How old do you have to be to withdraw
18+. This is an access condition for the whole app, not a separate rule for payouts.
One account per person. Both conditions come from the terms of service.
Nothing else about your identity is asked at the withdrawal step.
Do I need to install an app, or does this work inside Telegram
Nothing to install. Purple is a Telegram Mini App and opens inside Telegram.
The chat with the bot is the entrance. The balances, the exchange button and the withdrawal form live in the app, not in the message thread.
A card payout needs no bank application and no third service. Telegram Wallet is a separate direction and is connected in «Налаштування» (Settings).
Can I move money from Telegram Wallet to my card
No, the chain "wallet → card" does not exist. These are two separate payout directions, and the withdrawal form asks you to pick one of them.
Money does not have to pass through Telegram Wallet to reach a card. Pick «Картка» (Card) and the payout goes to the card directly.
The limit: a direction is picked at the moment of the request. A cancelled request returns the amount to the balance, and the new request can carry another direction.
Why is my withdrawal not going through
The most frequent reason is unexchanged coins: the dollar balance has not reached the minimum request. The withdrawal button is there, the request does not go out.
Check in order: whether you pressed ⇅ and exchanged coins for dollars; whether the result covers the minimum request; whether you collected finished task rewards with the «Забрати» (Claim) button; whether the direction you picked is connected.
Easy to forget: until the provider confirms a task, its card shows the checking state. Those coins are not on the balance yet and take no part in an exchange.
One more case is a typo in the card number. The tick «Підтверджую правильність введеного номера картки» (I confirm the card number is correct) asks you to compare the number with the card rather than to confirm it automatically.
How is a payout request reviewed
A person opens every request. The whole payout mechanism is described above: the rate and the fee are announced in advance on a separate page, the review is described plainly, the directions are named.
Manual review is a check of the request, not a deduction from the balance. A check that finds rewards obtained around the rules removes those rewards, and this concerns where the coins came from rather than the request itself.
What we do not promise: a shorter time than the one named above, and a process where no request is ever refused. A request with incorrect details is cancelled, and that outcome is part of the process.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the expiry date and CVV to add a card? No. Only the card number and the cardholder name as printed on the card. Expiry date and CVV are needed to charge a card, and we credit money to it.
Can I withdraw coins without exchanging them? No. Coins are an internal reward unit and never leave the app. Only dollars are withdrawn, and they reach the dollar balance through the ⇅ button on the home screen.
What is the minimum withdrawal? $1 on the dollar balance. The same figure applies to a card and to Telegram Wallet.
When does a reward for a watched ad appear? After the provider confirms it. The balance can stay unchanged right after a view, a normal state rather than a lost reward.
