Boxes in Purple: prices, odds and what is inside
A box spends coins with a random result. You pay from the coin balance and the win lands on the same balance: more than the price, about the same, or noticeably less.
A box is not a way to earn, and a payout cannot be planned around one.
Coins reach Purple from other places. A box is where they leave.
The app interface is available in Ukrainian and Russian. Button names below are given as they appear on screen, with an English gloss in brackets.
Box conditions
- The price is taken in coins and the win arrives in coins. Dollars take no part in the mechanic.
- Three tiers: Amethyst, Gold, Diamond.
- The result is random. A win can be smaller than the price of the box.
- Coins won are exchanged and withdrawn on the usual terms: from $1, up to 48 hours, after manual review.
- Access: 18+, one account per person.
The prices of the three tiers, the announced return and the chance of each line live on the Rates, Rewards and Limits page. These are the conditions of the boxes, not a promise of a win.

What is a box in Purple, and is it a loot box
Close to one. A box is a paid opening with a random result, and every possible win is printed before you pay.
The price leaves the coin balance at the moment of opening. The win returns to that same balance.
One difference from a game loot box: nothing gets unlocked. A box holds coins and nothing else — no items, no levels, no access to features.
Which boxes are there and what do they cost
Three tiers: Amethyst, Gold and Diamond. They differ in price and in the size of every possible win.
The shape of the distribution is the same across the three. A win is counted in multiples of the price, and a dearer box carries the same chances over larger amounts.
The price sits on each box card next to the tier name, visible before opening. Prices are left out here on purpose: a tariff changes, an article stays.
The current prices of the three tiers are collected on the Rates, Rewards and Limits page.
What is inside a box
A list of the possible wins. In the box sheet it stands under the heading «Що всередині» (What's inside), in two columns.
Each line is a range of the win in multiples of the price. Next to it sits a coin that marks the size of the line: white, classic, gold, diamond.
Lower lines come up often, upper lines rarely. The same list runs on the reel during an opening: the screen and the result read one table.
The numeric bounds of the lines and their chances are on the Rates, Rewards and Limits page.
What do I tap to open a box
The path starts on the home screen: home screen → «Обрати бокс» (Choose a box) → swipe to the tier you want → «Відкрити» (Open).
The reel runs through the lines of wins and stops on yours. After the result two exits are open: «Відкрити ще» (Open again) and «На головну» (Home).
Coins leave the balance at once. The win is credited when the reel stops, with no separate button.
Can I buy coins to open a box
No. Topping up the coin balance with money does not exist in the app. Coins are credited, never bought.
Opening a box from a card or from Telegram Wallet is impossible too. Money moves one way: coins become dollars, and dollars leave as a payout.
The one free box comes for an invited friend. That condition has its own section below.
Can I withdraw what a box gives me
Yes, by the same two steps as any other coins. A win arrives in coins rather than dollars, and the dollar balance stays still during an opening.
Coins won carry no separate status. They are not locked, not marked, no different from task coins.
Withdrawal conditions are the same for the whole balance: a minimum request of $1, up to 48 hours, and a person opens every request.
Is opening boxes a way to earn
No. The announced return is below one hundred percent, and over a long run openings take more coins than they hand back.
Coins in Purple come from four places: partner tasks, watching an ad video, a one-time reward for connecting a profile on the partner platform CooMeet, and a share of what the people you invited are credited.
A box stands on the other side of that scheme. It spends coins that already exist.
What does the announced return mean
The share of coins that comes back to players over a large number of openings. It is smaller than the amount those openings collected, and it is published ahead of time.
The figure is not one number for everyone. The published range has a lower and an upper bound, and the upper bound goes to people who open the app regularly through the month.
A return describes thousands of openings rather than your five. A short run can land far below the range.
The current bounds of the range are on the Rates, Rewards and Limits page.
Are the boxes rigged
No hidden setting exists. The upper bound of a win is fixed as a multiple of the price and printed in the same list: an amount above that bound comes up on no tier.
A luck coefficient does exist, and it works in your favour. It raises the chance of a plus after a run of losses and never lowers the chances below the ones on screen.
Chances on screen are calculated for the worst state: a player with no losing run behind them. Live chances are the same or better.
First openings on a new account run at the maximum coefficient. Early results look better than the average, and carrying on at the same rate gives poorer numbers.
Does a more expensive box give better chances
No. The chances are identical across the three tiers, and the amounts are what differ. A dearer box raises the stake rather than the quality of the stake.
The reel is the same, the list is the same, the shape of the distribution is the same. Only the grid of multipliers is scaled to the price.
Alternating dear and cheap boxes changes nothing either. Each opening is counted on its own.
What if the win is smaller than the price of the box
Nothing needs doing. This is a normal outcome rather than a fault in the app.
Lower lines of the list come up more often than upper ones, and an opening at a loss is the most ordinary result. It sits inside the announced return and is counted there in advance.
When the coins were being collected for a payout, the sensible step is to stop and exchange what is left. An exchange gives an amount known in advance, an opening gives a random one.
Can I get a box for free
Yes, one way — for an invited friend. When the friend earns their first dollar, both of you get a box: they and you.
The gift box is the Amethyst tier. It opens the way a bought one does, and the win goes to the coin balance.
Joining alone pays no coins. The condition is single: the invited person has to earn their first dollar.
Who can open boxes
Anyone over 18 with an account in the app. The age limit belongs to the whole service rather than to boxes: below it, tasks and payouts are closed as well.
The second condition is one account per person. A second account opened for extra boxes becomes a reason to check the credits and cancel a withdrawal request.
A box is a game of chance by description: a fixed price, a random result, a return below one hundred percent. Price and win are counted in internal coins.
Why will a box not open
Most often the balance holds fewer coins than the chosen tier costs. The opening button is inactive in that state, and a tap shows «Недостатньо коінів» (Not enough coins).
The second reason is uncollected rewards. Until the provider confirms a task, its card shows «Перевіряємо виконання» (Checking).
After the confirmation the reward has to be taken with the «Забрати» (Claim) button. An uncollected reward does not count on the balance.
The third case is coins already exchanged for dollars. The app has a reverse exchange, and coins come back through it as a separate action before an opening.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel an opening and get my coins back? No. An opening cannot be undone: the price leaves the balance the moment the reel starts, and the app carries no cancellation for that action.
Can I open boxes one after another? Yes, the result screen carries «Відкрити ще» (Open again). The limit is the coins on the balance. A daily cap on the number of openings does not exist.
Is there a strategy for opening boxes? No. Each opening is counted separately, and the amount of coins you are ready to spend is the only decision left to you.
Do boxes change how long a payout takes? No. A withdrawal request is reviewed the same way wherever the coins on the balance came from.
Does Purple Plus change the conditions of the boxes? Purple Plus has the status "Coming soon". The current box conditions are the same for everyone.
Next step
Open a box sheet and read the «Що всередині» (What's inside) list before an opening rather than after.
