Ads are not showing
Purple is reconnecting ads to the new bot @purple_coins_bot. While the ad network reviews the connection, ad tasks and Express pool ads may not show.
Status as of 24 September 2026. This is not a problem with your account. Nothing to do: ads will appear on their own.
- A message about an inactive ad block or campaign has the same cause.
- In games, when one ad network has no ads, the app tries another one. If there are no ads at all, game nodes are credited without an ad.
- “Ad not available right now” also happens on normal days: the network simply has no ad for you at that moment. Try later.
