How to withdraw coins without mistakes

Telegram Wallet, the minimum amount in dollars, processing time, possible delays, and what to do if a payout stalls.

You withdraw dollars — and only to Telegram Wallet. Coins are exchanged for dollars in the app first, so it helps to understand the path the money takes and not confuse the two currencies.

How coins become dollars

coins are an internal currency at a fixed rate of 1000 coins = $1. The exchange lives in the app: the round button next to the “Withdraw” pill. Coins → dollars: a 17% exchange fee, minimum 1 coin; the reverse, dollars → coins, has no fee and starts at $1. The exchange is instant, and it's the dollars you withdraw to Telegram Wallet.

How to request a payout

  • Exchange coins for dollars with the round button next to “Withdraw”. Minimum 1 coin, 17% fee.
  • Make sure Telegram Wallet is connected (Settings → wallet).
  • Check that your dollar balance is at least $1. If it's less, the payout button is inactive with a hint of how much is still missing.
  • Tap “Withdraw”, confirm the amount — the request is created instantly.

How to track the status

Every request goes through three steps:

  • Request received — instantly after confirmation.
  • Payout confirmation — processing, usually within 48 hours.
  • Paid out — the dollars have arrived in Telegram Wallet.

After the third step the request automatically moves to your payout history.

Possible delays and what to do

  • Wallet not connected — connect Telegram Wallet before submitting a request.
  • More than 48 hours have passed — wait for processing to finish; if the status doesn't change, contact the Support Center.
  • Amount below the minimum — top your dollar balance up to $1; partial payouts below the minimum aren't available.
If a payout has stalled longer than the expected time — message the Support Center inside the app or the bot @Purple_helpcenter_bot. Include the request date and amount so it can be checked faster.

Common mistakes when withdrawing

  • Trying to withdraw coins directly. What goes to Telegram Wallet is dollars, not coins. Coins are exchanged first with the ⇅ button — from 1 coin, a 17% fee.
  • Requesting less than $1. The minimum is $1 on your dollar balance. Below that, the payout button is inactive — top up and try again.
  • Not connecting the wallet in advance. Connect Telegram Wallet in settings before tapping “Withdraw”, so the request doesn't fail at the start.
  • Expecting an “instant” payout. The coin-to-dollar exchange is instant, but the payout is processed — within 48 hours. That's normal.

Checklist: a first-try payout

So the money goes through without extra steps, check a few things before you request:

  • Coins are already exchanged for dollars with the ⇅ button.
  • Telegram Wallet is connected (Settings → wallet).
  • Your dollar balance is at least $1.
  • The amount equals or exceeds the minimum — partial payouts below $1 aren't available.
  • You've noted the request date and amount — handy if you want to cross-check your payout history.

There's no withdrawal fee, so what you request is what arrives — the 20% is only taken when you exchange coins for dollars. And if something goes wrong, the request status and the Support Center will always show which step the money is at.
