What is the difference between Basic and Purple Plus?
Purple Plus is a free status for women: 100% of the partner accrual arrives in Purple Coins without a 30% service fee. Purple also charges no withdrawal fee.
Basic and Purple Plus are not different «roles», but two formats of participation. Everyone starts with Basic. Purple Plus is a women's status: it is free, but it is granted on request rather than switched on by the user.
Basic
The default format for everyone: you use your own data, earn through communication and receive cashback in coins. There is nothing extra to set up. For men this is the only format — up to 40% cashback on their own purchases on the partner platform and 5% in coins from the income of every invited friend are credited from the very first day, with no status and no subscription.
Purple Plus
Purple Plus is a free status for women. There is no payment and no subscription, but it is not switched on by the user: it is granted on request. We review the profile and assign a personal payout account; the user sets that account as her payout method on the partner platform and confirms this in the app — only then does the status become active. What it gives:
- 100% cashback in coins — Purple returns in coins everything it earns from her dating profile.
- Income payouts through Purple to the personal payout account assigned to her.
- Priority withdrawal and personal support.
Purple Plus is not available to men. Their cashback does not depend on any status: up to 40% on their own purchases on the partner platform and 5% in coins from the income of every invited friend work from the very first day.
How to get Purple Plus
Submit a request in the app. We review the profile and assign a personal payout account; you set it as your payout method on the partner platform and confirm this in the app. After that the status is active.
