How is cashback calculated?
For a woman with Purple Plus, 100% of the partner accrual is credited in Purple Coins. Purple does not deduct a 30% service fee; the accrual appears after reconciliation.
Cashback is the reward that Purple returns for your activity on the partner platform (CooMeet). It's credited in Purple Coins.
How much is returned
- A woman with Purple Plus status — 100% cashback in coins: Purple returns in coins everything it earns from her dating profile.
- A man — up to 40% cashback in coins for his own purchases on the platform, plus 5% in coins from the income of every friend he invites. No status is required for this: Purple Plus is a women's status.
The app always shows the exact figures for your case — you can see both your current cashback and your coins balance there.
When coins appear
Crediting takes place by reconciliation, usually within 1–3 days. That is, coins arrive not in the same second, but after the activity has been counted. This is a normal working process, and you should not expect instant crediting.
If cashback arrives in parts
Cashback may arrive in parts over the course of a week — as several credits instead of one. This is also normal: no credit is lost, and all of them are visible in the app.
