Where to turn if something doesn't work?
The fastest way is to ask the assistant at the bottom of the support page: it will answer immediately and, if needed, forward your query to a specialist. You can also write to the email or open the app.
If something does not work or you have questions — there are several ways, choose the one that is convenient.

The app itself
Most actions — balance, bonus boxes, withdrawal, referral link — are done directly in the Mini App. Often the fastest way to «check something» is simply to open the app.
