Profile suspended
If the app shows “Your profile is temporarily suspended” at the top, an operator checks the reason and the restore.
- Tap “Contact support” on the banner or write to @Purple_helpcenter_bot.
- You can still browse the app.
- The operator will reply in the chat. We do not name an exact reply time.
