Verification for earning by communication takes place on the partner platform's side, usually up to 24 hours. If the check is delayed — contact support.
Before you start earning by communication, verification is required. Important: it takes place on the partner platform's side, not in Purple — so the timeframes are determined by the platform itself.
How long usually
In the usual case, verification takes up to 24 hours. Often — faster. During this time you do not need to do anything extra: as soon as the check is completed, you can start.
If the check has dragged on noticeably longer than a day — contact support, and we will help you contact the platform and check the status.
