Can't log in to the partner's site — what to do?

Check that you open the partner site via the link from the Mini App and log in with the ready-made credentials from your account. If that did not help — we will create a request to a specialist.

If you cannot log in to the partner site, most often the reason is one of two. Check both points.

What to check

  1. You open the partner site via the link from the Mini App, and not through some other way.
  2. You are signing in with ready-made credentials from your Purple account — the login and password that are prepared in the app (you do not need to invent or register them separately).
  3. The data is entered without extra spaces, and the page has fully loaded.

If it did not help

If the data is not accepted or the page does not open even after checking — ask the assistant at the bottom of the main support page or write to us by email. We will create a request to a specialist and sort it out.
