Found a bug: where to write
Send errors in games and the app to the team right from Purple. Account questions go to support.
Where to write
- In a game: “Found a bug?” on the result card or at the bottom of the Games page.
- In the app: Settings → “Help” → “Found a bug? Tell us”.
Describe what happened, on which screen and what you did before it. The message goes to the team.
If the error cost you coins or nodes, or you have an account question, write to support: they reply in the chat.
