How it works
- An AI assistant answers first: it sees your Purple account and replies right away.
- If a person is needed, the assistant passes your request to an operator. The reply comes to the same chat.
What to write for a faster answer
- the screen name and what you did before the problem;
- the exact message text or a screenshot;
- for payouts, the request number #PRL.
Safety
Purple staff never ask for passwords, Telegram login codes, CVV, PIN, seed phrases or prepayment.
